Mazatlan, Sinaloa.-the Sinaloa Institute for adult education delivered certificates to 43 adults who completed the elementary, middle and high school. Bernabe Gómez, upon receiving his certificate on behalf of their components, thanked the Group Pretoil for giving them work and the opportunity to continue studying.
