Manila, Philippines (AP)-suspected Muslim militiamen on Sunday detonated a second bomb in less than a week in a city in the southern Philippines, killing at least one and injuring 15 people said a military officer. “We have besieged temporarily to Isulan. We don’t want the suspect to escape. We believe that it is still in,”Sobejana told reporters.
Three of the wounded were taken to a hospital in critical condition, said Sobejana. On Wednesday, a bomb hidden in a bag exploded near a night market in Isulan leaving three people dead and 35 injured.
