the Secretariat of the function public (SFP) reported Sunday on the launching of procedures of responsibilities to public servants of Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex), for alleged irregularities in the purchase of two floors of fertilizers, operations that turned out to be one of its worst business, since they only left losses.
The announcement of the SFP on these procedures is given year after purchase of the plants.

“The unit’s responsibilities in Pemex opened an investigation following a complaint from the Superior audit of the Federation (ASF), as well as information from other sources,” he added.
The suspect, explained, “was summoned to procedure, by positioning the audience of law, which will make you know behavior that against him, and in defense of their constitutional rights, will give due access to their legitimate defence”.
In the second case, continued the statement, “the SFP, through the unit’s responsibilities in Pemex, initiated administrative disciplinary proceedings to public servants that allegedly resulted in damage to Pemex, in relation to the purchase of assets of the” plant nitrogen Agro.
The procedure derives from the research unit started in November 2016, derived from complaints citizens, of the means of communication, as well as determinations of the ASF and the Congress of the Union.
