“We are living in a world of change in all industries, we are living in the fourth industrial revolution which is the digital transformation and we are basically living in a world where data, artificial intelligence, be able to use all of that information is changing our habits, our special ways to relate and communicate and our way of doing business”, diagnosed Cernuda.
One of the issues that has hovered in recent weeks is that of cyber security, particularly by banking market attacks that have occurred. In this regard, important thing is to have technology that will help to prevent, to adapt and to respond more effectively to these cyber-attacks.
Another challenge is the changes that come with automation, which is part of our everyday life even though we may not be aware. “Artificial intelligence is now embedded in many of the things that we do, we have to demystify it. What is very important to understand is how you can take advantage and not only adapt, but modify some parameters of my business and how you do things for technology that already exists it can use for the benefit of my clients, give best services, save costs and improve relations”, he explained.
