; Michoacan.- in the framework of the celebration of the Legislative Conference on notary issues, organized by the local Congress in coordination with the Faculty of law of the UMSNH, Congresswoman Tere Mora, President of the Commission on human rights, stressed the need to update the legal framework to modernize the notarial function.
He added that the objective of the activity is to listen to the concerns, needs and approaches of young students, so as far as possible, through the legislature, responding to these concerns.
He said in addition to being an opportunity to present new ideas and the right field so that those ideas are being heard in a respectful way and to make them look specifically that their proposals are very important for us.
He said that in order to submit a proposed integral can be enriched by the different points of view of the society, the scholars of law, as well as members of the notaries Guild.
The event was attended by Vicente Luis Alvarez Coca, notary public number 81 who spoke of the need to standardize the criteria for the designation of notaries nationwide, as well as establish their guidelines and distribution of powers.
