Clinicians from different health institutions work with headlights of phones to assist people who need them.
The political leader Juan Guaidó cited the Venezuelans to March against the “darkness” of the regime of Nicolas Maduro: ‘call on all the people of Venezuela to express ourselves massively in the streets against the usurper, corrupt and incapable regime that has been in the dark to our country. The cessation of the infringement will be the cessation of the darkness.”
