2118. Futuristic tragedy, is a story that revolves around Anna, an anarco-feminista fighter who travels from 2118 to the past, trying to change the present that lived you. With this production, the artistic collective La Patogallina internal for the first time in the genre of science fiction. 2118 futuristic tragedy is a multimedia show that projects a dystopian future for Chile. “A tragedy that shows the cyclical nature of the story and reveals the powers which, from the shadows, handle the destiny of our countries,” point on the work that it will have its official premiere on April 4, at the Teatro Principal of Matucana 100 “seems to us essential to bring out the events and the people involved with name and surname”, says Martín Erazo, Artistic Director of the Group of 21 years of existence. “We let the metaphorical aspect of travel at the time of the protagonist, who enters and exits by historical processes. Also in ideas such as utopia, in the illusion of thinking what kind of Government could be more later”, Erazo added.

2118 tragedy futuristic is a funded work by the Ministry of culture, arts and heritage through FONDART 2018 and is a co-production of the Theater Foundation and the La Patogallina artistic collective, Centro Cultural Matucana 100 thousand.
