Briones caused cuts to his victims, including a 13-year-old girl, said the researchers. One of the victims required 20 points of suture. Stefany Coboz told television station KNBC that she suffered a deep cut below the ear, and that the attacker turned around and river while away on the bike. Prosecutors say that in one of the cases he tried to carry the bag of a victim. If convicted of all charges she could be sentenced to life imprisonment.
