Meanwhile, the Museum of solidarity Salvador Allende – entity managed by the Fundación Arte y Solidaridad – was stolen two oil paintings by the artist and academic Hugo Rivera – Scott, who had recently opened the exhibition anthology “anchor 637 Hugo Rivera- Scott and others”. It’s the works “Painting” (109.8 x 69.9 cm) and “Blue squares” (50 x 50.5 cm), which took place at the end of the 1960s in Chile. Valued at $ 10 thousand, both works belong to the artist’s personal collection and were on loan to the MSSA to be displayed.
