On Saturday morning, a family was killed in the Córdoba route when they returned from Rosario to Casilda. A couple was traveling with her daughter and grandparents, returning to her other son that the next day would travel to Europe to change their lifestyle after receiving doctor’s dismiss.

Fabricio Cervigni (50) was the President of the local delegation of the Argentina agrarian Federation, his wife Sonia Bertoldo (50) was teaching in a primary school and her youngest daughter, Carolina, was in the final year of secondary school. Fabricio, Angel Cervigni and Olga Fagiani parents also worked in the agricultural environment.
Nahuel Cervigni had received medical and the Saturday morning had tickets for travel to Europe, but minutes before stepping on the plane found out about the terrible tragedy. His family traveled to dine with him on Friday night and at the end they decided to undertake the return to Casilda, a 50 minutes ride. But on that route, a cargo truck trailer broke and smashed the car’s family, killing all five passengers.

The news shocked Casilda which dismissed the remains of the deceased. Nahuel learned before getting on the plane and was present in the wake of his family. Mayor Juan José Sarasola lamented the death through a statement on his Facebook account: “deep pain for what happened to Cervigni family. Our condolences to their loved ones”.
