Today, Paramount Pictures released the first trailer of the film of Sonic the Hedgehog, the live-action inspired by the character that led to the top to SEGA with its legendary video games. In the first trailer we see in greater detail to Sonic, the famous blue hedgehog with its new look, same that sparked controversy after being revealed last month. Sonic the Hedgehog is directed by Jeff Fowler, who has already worked as an animator on films such as Where the Wild Things Are, Spike Jonze.Ben Schwartz is who gives voice to the iconic character. But something that caught everyone’s attention is the performance of the great Jim Carrey, who returns to this type of comedy embodies the evil doctor Ivo Robotnik (Dr Eggman), the classic and main enemy of Sonic.

In the video, about three minutes, is world history: the emergence of Sonic, whose deployment of power caused a massive blackout in the United States, warned the Government that not knowing what it deemed a potential threat. But soon intuimos that the threat really is another and Sonic who must stop it. So that the authorities hired the evil doctor in order to capture the elusive blue hedgehog. In his adventure, Sonic meets a sheriff, played by James Mardsen, who will help you and will accompany throughout this film. We also look at action Tika Stumpter and Adam Pally.
The film adaptation of the famous blue hedgehog in live-action format has sown discontent in many SEGA fans, who consider that it is far from its classical appearance. For others, however, this new version of Sonic does not stop being caricatured and preserve the essence of the iconic character. Sonic the Hedgehog will be premiered in cinemas on November 9 this year.
