“Accounts were blocked to people linked to a University for allegedly illegal activities of corruption, including cases of conflict of interest and sale of hydrocarbons. If there are accounts that are related to the payment of payroll, will be desincorporadas from the list”, said Santiago Nieto, head of the financial intelligence unit, on his Twitter account.
On Monday, Nieto said that at the moment would be unlocked accounts relating to the payment of payroll and scholarships of the University, to avoid affecting the University community.
In this sense Sosa Castelán told a gathering to academic and administrative which not to worry, because they would continue to receive their salary.
