In his second press conference in a week, Sergio Massa insisted with that “Argentina is living a crisis of confidence” and that the “Government has been violating campaign promises”. He devoted long minutes of its dialogue with journalists to comment on the call for an agreement with sectors of the opposition that launched several officials of the national cabinet and ratified President Mauricio Macri from Neuquén.
“Neither the President nor his ministers made contact with me. The call must be without exclusions and must include all sectors represented in Parliament”.
“In the last hours appeared an expression of good intentions that has to do with giving signals to the markets. It is not a document that called for an agreement and to a sincere dialogue”, he said and added:”the country needs solutions, not slogans”.
“I would not think that we are facing an electoral trap. Dialogue and agreements, are not built by whatsapp, but with computers that sit at a table with numbers in hand. “Asumamoslo: the Argentines are living poorly”.
Massa said that “Frank and sincere dialogue leads from the maximum power of the State: if I were President today would be calling on all opposition leaders to a table.” The dialogue does not can be thought of in the logic of wanting to divide opponents, considering that you there are good and bad”.” It is necessary that with humility and sincerity the Government recognized its failure”. Later, to reporters, the former presidential candidate of the ventilator front said that “we are in a year in which Argentines define our future and we must build a new majority and a new Government alternative”.
