With 12 contestants in the Chilean cuisine category and 11 in L A category menu, the XXXII National gastronomy competition will bring together next week in Inacap Apoquindo to different exponents of the culinary world, as part of the qualifiers of the world gastronomic Bocuse d’Or.

The Chilean cuisine category seeks to promote national products and preparations, so this year the contestants will be evaluated in creativity, quality and excellence by prestigious judges of our country in the preparation of a «Caldillo of Conger».
The category menu will motivate the contestants in the preparation of dishes with different typical ingredients of the Chilean culinary, those that are evaluated by a jury that this year have three important international figures that, in addition, will be dictating Master classes during the contest days.
