The Commission of Honesty and Justice of Morena suspended six months the rights partisans of 32 deputies local of that party in the State of Mexico, by voting in favour of the vehicle endorsement in the entity, and thus allegedly violating the basic documents of that Political force.
On December 31, 2018 appeared in the Gazette Mexiquense decree 14, which indicated that vehicles of particular use would pay in 2019 an amount of 623 pesos per endorsement of the plates of circulation. During 2018, the charge of the endorsement was 529 pesos.
In the case of Congressman Nazario Gutiérrez Martínez, for whom he presented the opinion, the Commission approved to suspend its rights for one year.
In response, in a statement, the coordinator of the brunette deputies in the LX Legislature of the state of Mexico, Maurilio Hernández-also sanctioned-said he respects the resolution of the Commission of honesty of Morena, but does not share it.
The sanction, he said, has as its origin “a misinterpretation of the meaning of the vote of the deputies people” of Morena. 
Before the approval of the opinion that gave rise to the sanction, he explained, the citizens did not have to pay tenure and only vehicle endorsement, having a car with an invoice value of up to 350,000 pesos.
“And thanks to the vote of the legislators of the national Regeneration Movement, now the exemption applies to the owners of cars and vans with an invoice value of up to 500,000 pesos, so more people receive the stimulus that, in addition, expanded the Register of Taxpayers. ” 
What the local deputies urged, he insisted, “was to widen the universe of beneficiaries of a subsidy so that more people exempt the payment of the Vehicular possession and thus support the economy of more owners of vehicles”.
On the sanction, Hernandez said that they will appeal to all the legal instances of the political party itself, Morena, as well as the Electoral Tribunal of the judiciary of the Federation.
This is not a confrontation with the bosom of Morena, he said, “but simply a misinterpretation that can and should be clarified.”
