This Saturday 25th and Sunday 26 May, the Museum of Education, dependent on the national Service of Cultural heritage, celebrates the heritage that is built jointly in the space of the school: from the role of teachers and normalists-with the Presentation of a documentary-up to the construction of being a student, with visits on Gabriela Mistral and Violeta Parra and their passing through the Normal school, until the staging of a kermeses that seeks to recognize the heritage of the school party.
During Sunday, in the great Kermese Gran, we will have the classic miraculous fishing, the ring game, Gymkhanas, a lottery, shooting at the target, a magic show, prizes and competitions. The Museum of Education offers its visitors the chance to play in the schoolyard as perhaps they never did in their own.
It will also take place the classic old-time recreation throughout the day, thematic guided tours at different times and the temporary exhibition “Gabriela’s image in the school”. As every year, the Museum of Education has worked on an open and inclusive program that seeks to promote the participation of the entire community.
