Argentina.-A baby was abandoned in a cardboard box with a note that said “My name is Mateo, my mom can not take care of Me.” They were children who found the baby alone and stuck in a box. They told a neighbor to help the child and decided to take him to the hospital because they found him very cold.
The letter that the newborn had attached to the chest told the mother’s reasons for abandoning it. The note said that the baby, Mateo, was born the day before and that his mother could not take care of him. “My name is Mateo. I was born Tuesday at 20:35. My mom left me here because she can’t take care of me, “the letter said.
The note had written a phone number. It was his father’s, Joaquín, who still knew nothing of what had happened. The police managed to find the parent of the child, who did not know the existence of his son.
“I love him very much and I hope someday he will forgive me,” concludes the letter that the mother wrote before leaving the baby.
