Los Mochis.- For acts committed in the municipality of El Fuerte, three persons charged by the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Sinaloa for the crimes of homicide committed with premeditation and advantage and Homicide committed with premeditation and advantage in the degree of attempt, received a conviction for more than 35 and 37 years in prison. Sentence was handed down imposing a custodial sentence of 35 years, 4 months and 24 days in prison against Carlos Omar “G” and Israel of Jesus “G”; while Juan Natividad “G” received a sentence for 37 years, 7 months and 3 days in prison, in addition to repairing the damage to the respective victims in the amount of $336,237.00 pesos and $3,987.00.
With regard to file 400/2017, taken in a court of first instance of the criminal sector, in the traditional system, the defendants were found guilty of the reported crimes, committed against three people.
