Uruapan, Michoacán.- Two dead and three injured, including a girl, were the result of a shooting attack on a family. It all happened when gunmen broke into the victims’ home and shot them at mansalva to immediately flee with an unknown course, police sources commented.
The house of the aggrieved is in Jules Verne street in the Valle de San Pedro colony, located in this city of Uruapan. The neighbors of the settlement in reference were those who, when they noticed the criminal event quickly called on the elements of Public Safety and some paramedics, the latter provided first aid to the offended.
In this way, the rescuers confirmed the deaths of those identified as Diana Lizeth and Sandra Yanet, 19 and 24, respectively. Meanwhile, they were channeled to a local nosocomio: Natalia Elizabeth S., 13, and husbands Sofia R., 40, and Juan Martín S., 49. The matter is investigated by the staff of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGEM).
Public Safety elements gave perimeter surveillance in what FGEM experts did the collection of evidence. They also carried out various patrols, but at the end of the tours no stopovers were reported that were related to the case. Likewise, the Crime Scene Specialized Unit was responsible for moving the two bodies to the amphitheatre for the practice of law necropsy.
