The Mexiquen authorities reported that Salvador Morales is 40 years old, is of thin build, measures approximately 1.70 meters, is white complexion, short hair, straight and intern, has semi-populated eyebrows, regular eyes, medium mouth, thin lips and that as a particular sign uses padlock beard.
