In the hours of this afternoon, the candidate to councilwoman for Godoy Cruz, Gabriela Malinar, accompanied by a group of militants from the Ichose Front, began to tour Rawson’s Elvira Square, when a very violent subject invited them away from the area. The assailant was identified by a neighbor who saw what was happening and assisted. Rodrigo Aznares works for the commune of Godoy Cruz and, in fact, was caring for a group of children, who were to be transferred to the cinema in a department holiday program. Although no one came into argument with the violent one, he decided to throw stones at the vehicle the candidate uses to move. After insults, threats and phrases of the kind: “Here Cristina does not come in, this is cornejo”, she withdrew from the place of the fact. The police arrived when the subject had already retired. The complaint was filed at Police Station No. 27.The incident was described as an “isolated event” by César Cattaneo president of the HCD of Godoy Cruz, who spoke out against what happened and confirmed that this person works in the area of Urban Hygiene of the radical department. For his part, Mayor Tadeo García Zalazar preferred his Twitter account to express himself.

A press conference is expected tomorrow morning where the candidate for the governor of the front, Anabel Fernández Sagasti, together with Jorge Tanús, Andrea Blandini – candidate for intendent of the department – and the complainant, Gabriela Malinar, will speak.
