Next Sunday, August 4, the third 2019 auction of the National Customs Service will be held in Santiago, where you can find products in the custody of the metropolitan customs, Talcahuano, Puerto Montt and Osorno. This finisher includes several products distributed in 277 lots, among which the most outstanding and expensive are the numbers 218 and 219. The first is a 3.2 kilo ingot of gold, which starts with a minimum posture of $26,840,000. The other is a second 4.4 kilo gold bar that starts at $36,932,000. Both solid gold bars are stored in the Mint. In the rest of the lots there are items such as costumes (wedding dresses, sportswear), electronic products (such as video game consoles, drones, cell phone items), wine bottles, among others. The National Director of Customs, José Ignacio Palma, explained that “the Auctions we execute every year are a very important part of the control and control procedures. It is the conclusion of this work that allows us to collect customs duties and taxes for the state, as well as going unoccupied the tax and private warehouses,” he said. This Auction will be held in offices of the Customs Training Center (CEA), located in Santiago Centro, from 10 hours.
