The false lawyer Marcelo D’Alessio gave statement before judge Julián Ercolini de Comodoro Py, who is leading the same cause of Dolores but in the courts of Retiro. There he confirmed that he was working as an AFI spy and explained that messages with Stornelli were adulterated.
In the screenshots presented by journalist Horacio Verbitsky in his note plus those collected during the first raids, messages were discovered between the prosecutor and the judicial operator denoting a close judicial and information exchange. Before Ercolini, the alleged lawyer said that it was the AFI through Ricardo Bogoliuk, a former commissioner detained by the Court of Dolores, who summoned him to work and asked as pilot to extract information from the entrepreneur Pedro Etchebest about his business in the United States.
Etchebest was the businessman who initiated the complaint in Dolores because he accused D’Alessio of asking for money in exchange for not involving him in the cause of the notebooks, which he was supposed to do thanks to a “friendship” with the prosecutor of the case. By declaring and limiting himself in the questions, D’Alessio took off prosecutor Stornelli: “He never knew Mr. Pedro Etchebest as such, nor did he have a conversation linked to a request for data, money or any kind of spurious attitude towards me. I didn’t know about the situation of Stornelli’s partner, and he never asked me for migrations and information regarding his ex-wife’s husband,” he concluded.
