During his protest ingenforcement as Puebla’s state representative, at the local Congress, Miguel Barbosa Huerta claimed that he will rule for all sectors of society and said that the state has a public debt of 44 billion pesos, although he did not want to reveal for what period of government was acquired.
“I will be governor of all, of all The Puebla, we are going to make a government that has purposes of equity, of balance, of seeking equality, but we must bear in mind that caring for all, for the good of all, first the poor,” he detailed in his message.
With a forceful “start the Fourth Transformation in Puebla”, Barbosa Huerta argued that his management will be tolerant, austere and honest, in the event in which he was accompanied, among others, by the Secretary of the Governorate, Olga Sánchez Cordero, on behalf of the President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

On the eve, on his Twitter account, Miguel Barbosa officially introduced the 20 members of the cabinet who will accompany him from this Thursday until December 13, 2024.
Among the profiles he published on his social network are Heliodoro Luna Vite, in the Secretariat of Infrastructure; Jorge Humberto Uribe in Health and Beatriz Manrique in Environment, as well as Fernando Manzanilla in the General Secretariat of Government.
Miguel Barbosa will take office after more than seven months of the plane crash that in which the governor of Puebla, Martha Erika Alonso, and her husband, Senator Rafael Moreno Valle, died and after the extraordinary votes on June 2.
