On July 11, the defendant again sexually assaulted the child, who commented on what happened to their relatives, so they immediately reported the facts to the Prosecutor’s Office specializing in sexual offences, and initiated the Research; once the appropriate proceedings were carried out, evidence data were obtained that were sufficient to seek an apprehension order against Germán X, which was given by the Control Judge.
