Morelia, Michoacán.- In the first year of the municipal president’s government, Raúl Morón Orozco, the Secretary of Administration headed by Gabriel Prado Fernández achieved significant savings in the order of 60 million pesos, thanks to the decrease of the payroll, which under 5 thousand 192 employees at 4 thousand 800.
