On the morning of this Thursday, a sea trombone was recorded in front of Villa de Allende, in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz.
The swirl traveled over the water from the sea to the river, then made land on the boardwalk for about a minute and then vanished, the municipal government reported.

This phenomenon does not require a “very powerful cloud activity” to be formed, the Center for Meteorological Studies and Forecasts of the Civil Protection Secretariat of the State of Veracruz explained in its Twitter account

The tromba knocked down roofs and shingles from some nearby homes, damage to a car, which was due to the force of the trombone pushed him to the sidewalk.
The sea tromba damaged the roofs of several houses.
It also affected the courts of a school near Malecón Ribereño.
