40 transplantathletes were selected by ADETRA to represent the
Argentina at the XXII World Games for Transplants, which will be held in
Newcastle and Gateshead, England, from 17 to 24 August. The members of the Argentine team will be presented on Tuesday (13/8) at the
10.30 in INCUCAI (Ramsay 2250, CABA). At the event, INCUCAI Authorities, representatives of the GADOR laboratory, the National Sports Agency (DNA) and ADETRA authorities will be present.
Athletes and sports
3000 athletes from 60 countries will compete in more than 14 sports disciplines, including: Tennis, Athletics, Swimming, Voley, Cycling, Squash, Golf, Table Tennis, Petanque and Bowling.

Argentina is the first Latin American country to participate in a World Game for
transplanted, in 1995, in Manchester, England. This will be the 13th share
Argentina, at the world’s largest event for
