Authorities of Morelos confirmed the arrest of José Alfredo “N”, allegedly responsible for the rape and subsequent femicide of a child under six years of age, within a neighborhood in Cuernavaca.
According to the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for the Investigation and Prosecution of Femicide Crime, the events occurred last Saturday, August 10, in City Hall Street, Carolina Colony, where the accused entered the address of the child, of whom allegedly abused and subsequently murdered at the scene.

The prosecutor’s office obtained a search warrant at the address of the alleged culprit, who was a neighbor of the same neighborhood, where a knife and a loop were located, both with bloodstains.
The investigations allowed the recognition of the alleged perpetrator, 33 years old, who was placed and arrested in the cuautla center.
