Authorities of Nuevo León arrested Mario “N”, allegedly responsible for the murder of a three-month-old baby, who was allegedly abducted on August 10, in the municipality of San Nicolás de los Garza.
According to the Amber Alert, issued by state authorities, the youngest Decker Alexander “was abducted” from his home by the alleged perpetrator, who is 52 years old and ex-partner of his paternal aunt.

The official version highlighted that in the confrontation to take the child, the man allegedly murdered Alexander’s father, 18, in the Paseo del Nogalar colony, the municipality mentioned above.

The subject fled aboard a white Volkswagen Pointer vehicle with PRM8474 plates, originating in the state of Michoacán.

On Wednesday, August 14, state authorities found a lifeless body “with characteristics similar to the lowest private freedom,” in an unpopulated Monterrey-Saltillo free highway, in the municipality of Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, so it is already perform medical and genetic tests to identify the child.

“The detainee will be brought immediately to the relevant judicial authority, where he will be charged with the facts on the basis of the investigation,” the Nuevo León Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.
