SEE Michoacán argues a technical error for late payment to teachers

In a post on his official Facebook account, Aureoles Conejo wrote:
I would like to inform you that we have been working very hard in the last days, weeks and months to find, together with the Government of the Republic, a basic solution to the historical structural problem of insufficient resources to pay the payroll of the state magisterium of Michoacán.
This has been made possible by the expressed will and public commitment of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
On the other hand, I would like to inform you that thanks to the support and management of the Secretary of Public Education, Estebán Moctezuma, and the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit, Arturo Herrera, as well as the instruction made by the President of the Republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, there will be extraordinary resources to pay the payroll of teachers and teachers next Tuesday.
The dispersion of payments to the workers of the Magisterium will be carried out through the established system of the Secretariat of Education in the State (SEE).
I would like to express my appreciation to teachers for their understanding of the delay in payment and their commitment to the children of Michoacán, and with their right to education.
This is another step on the road to making MICHOACON the first state in which the federalization of the magisterial payroll is realized.
