There will be a police deployment of 4,252 items; 21 medical modules that will be attentive to the health of the participants. 
If you are using public transport, consider the schedules and settings:
The Metro Collective Transportation System will serve from 5 a.m. and provide free access for runners carrying their participant number; Zocalo station will be closed during the event.
The organizers recommended runners to reach Metro Copilco, as the free way to the pedestrian traffic of Las Islas de Ciudad Universitaria will open.
The Passenger Transport Network (RTP) will have free routes also for competitors: from Metro Copilco to the Olympic Stadium University, from the Parking Perisur shopping center to Ciudad Universitaria and from Izazaga-Pino Suárez to CU, which will operate from 4:45 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
There will also be RTP units to return from Zocalo, with Izazaga-Pino Suárez route to Ciudad Universitaria and CU from 11:00 to 16:00 hours.
In the meantime, the Metrobus will have partial service interruption in the lines 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 during the race so these will be the settings:
Line 1: Green Indians to Republic Square. Closed stations from El Caminero to Reforma
Line 2: Tepalcates to Ethiopia. Closed stations from Amores to Tacubaya. Route without service Tepalcates Tacubaya.
Line 3: World Worker to Juarez and Tenayuca to Buenavista. Closed stations: Mina, Hidalgo and Ethiopia
Line 4: San Lázaro to Teatro Blanquita for Ruta Norte and La Merced to San Lázaro for Ruta Sur.

 The Ecobici system will start its service at 4 am for those who decide to move by bicycle, and will keep the cycle station number 90, Corregidora-Pino Suárez, closed.
You can reach the starting point in Ciudad Universitaria through taxis and cars, which you can enter the University Olympic Stadium by Avenida San Jerónimo and Avenida Revolución.
 The Secretary of Mobility, Andrés Lajous, stated that the Electric Transport System (STE) will give free entry to its light rail facilities and trolleybus units to runners carrying their number; and will have changes to the service:
 K1 (Star Lomas – CU). Service suspension in CU Terminal from the start of operation.  The service will be from Terminal Lomas Estrella to Glorieta (Coyotes) in Miguel Angel del Quevedo and Av. Universidad.
D (Axis 7- 7A South) South 73 – CETRAM Mixcoac. Suspension of service at Mixcoac terminal, from the start of operation. The service will be from Terminal Sur 73 to Av. Cuauhtémoc.
S (Axis 2 – 2A South) Velodrome Terminal – Chapultepec Terminal. Suspension of service at Chapultepec terminal from the start of operation. The service will be from Terminal Velodrome to Av. Yucatan and Av. Monterrey.
I (Terminal El Rosario – Terminal Chapultepec). Suspension of service from 7:00 in Terminal Chapultepec by crossing in Calz. Mariano Escobedo and Marina Nacional. Trolleybuses will be incorporated into the G Puerto Aéreo – CETRAM El Rosario line.
LL (San Felipe de Jesús – Metro Hidalgo). Suspension of service from 7:30 in Terminal Metro Hidalgo. The service will be from Terminal San Felipe de Jesús to Calz. Mysteries.
A (Central Axis) North Terminal – South Terminal. Suspension at 7:30 of the service by the crossing of Av. Juárez/Francisco I. Madero and the Central Axis Lázaro Cardenas.  The service circuits shall be:
Easter Terminal – South Terminal (Taxqueña).
North Terminal – Santa Veracruz (Teatro Blanquita).
