At least three clashes between armed civilians left 9 dead and 11 people arrested, at different points in the municipality of Tepalcatepec, in the area of the hot land of Michoacán.
Clashes were recorded at the accesses from Aguililla, Colacomán and Jilotlán, according to the Secretary of Public Security of Michoacán, Israel Patrón.

The municipal president of Tepalcatepec, Felipe Martínez, asked Governor Silvano Aureoles and federal forces for help in re-establishing security in the municipality, Quadratin reported.
