Mon Laferte is the first confirmed artist for the LXI Viña del Mar International Festival, which will be held from February 23 to 28 2020.De an agreement with some organizers of the festival, Mon will be the first Chilean to open a night in the Amphitheatre of la Quin Vergara in recent decades.
The 36-year-old singer made the ad public on her social media, with an emotional video where she is awarded at an event and in the end a surprise message is written that affirms her performance at the festival.
“See you in Viña del Mar 2020, Mon Laferte” is seen at the end of the video of the Chilean singer.

Laferte will return to the festival, where he was once sworn in and will perform with his promotional tour of his most recent album, “Norma”. The International Festival of the Song of Viña del Mar, or better known as the Festival de Viña del Mar, is a musical contest organized by the municipality of Viña del Mar, Chile and is held annually in the last week of february s. Vergara since 1960, is the largest, most important and recognized festival in the Americas.
