World.- A child stands in front of a toilet, just after vomiting, and his little sister comforts him with his little hand on his back. A display of pure love that touched everyone.
The little one is called Beckett Burge, he is 4 years old and when he was only two he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, a type of cancer in the blood that begins in the white blood cells in the bone marrow.
His sister is Aubrey, who is just 15 months older than him. She accompanies him everywhere and is her main support in the middle of the battle.
The story was told by Kaitlin Burge, the mother to both children, who lives with them in Princeton, Texas. She uploaded a couple of photos to the profile that was created to give Beckett strength and the images went viral. The letter this mom wrote is heartbreaking.

“One thing they don’t tell you about childhood cancer is that it affects the whole family. You always hear about financial and medical struggles, but how often do you hear about the struggles families face with other children? For some, this can be difficult to see and read. My two children, 15 months apart, went from playing together at school and at home to sitting together in a cold hospital room. My then-4-year-old son saw his brother go from an ambulance to the ICU. He saw a dozen doctors throw a mask over his face, prick it and prick it with needles, pump a dozen drugs through his body, all while he lay there helpless. I wasn’t sure what was going on. All he knew was that something was wrong with his brother, his best friend, “the text that Kaitlin uploaded to the nets.
