Nuevo León.- Prior to the launch of a penalty process by the Congress of Nuevo León, Governor Jaime Rodríguez sent a letter to the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judiciary of the Federation requesting “precautionary providence”, i.e., the protection of your rights in the face of a decision that could affect you.
