The attorney general in Guerrero, Jorge Zuriel de los Santos, announced on Friday the arrest of Miguel Angel “N”, alleged lyre responsible for the murder of the director of photography, Erick Castillo, that occurred in the town of Alfredo V. Bonfil, on September 12.
At a press conference, the official noted that after the criminal act, a search operation was implemented by ministerial police, which led to the location of Michelangelo “N”, in the colony las Torres, in the city of Chilpancingo.
He detailed that the arrest occurred after the likely perpetrator had a clash with ministerial elements of this Prosecutor’s Office, without any evidence being injured.

After the shooting, a white Chevrolet pickup truck, a silverado pick-up type, model 2014, was secured, which has a theft report; an assault rifle-type long firearm, known as AR-15, .223 caliber; 10 percussive shell casings of the same caliber, and which correspond to the firearm that was seized from the accused.
Three kilograms of green grass were also secured with marijuana’s own characteristics and 20 clear plastic sachets containing green grass with marijuana’s own characteristics.
The detainee was made available to the relevant Public Prosecutor’s Office, along with the long firearm secured at the time of his arrest.

Zuriel de los Santos explained that in performing the forensic ballistics experts it was determined that the ballistic element (capquillo) found in the place of the events where Erick Alexander “N” was deprived of life, was percussed by the same firearm that was secured to Michelangelo “N”.
He indicated that the physiomic characteristics of the detainee bear similarity and total correspondence with the person who deprived Erick Alexander “N” of life, according to the evidence in the corresponding research folder.
It is noteable that the likely responsible, named Miguel Angel “N” and others, are related in at least five research folders, all for the crime of theft of vehicle with violence and in the same area of operation of Acapulco, having all the same modus operandi.
