Querétaro, Mexico.- Through her Twitter account the Deputy of the National Action Party (PAN), Elsa Adané Méndez Alvarez, launched a publication with a bill for masturbation.
The Panista’s proposal proposes that it be fined 5 thousand pesos, because, she considers that “self-pleasure” is a deformation of sexual behavior that comes committing rape slains in order to satisfy the instincts of those who marvel.
“Masturbation is the beginning of the deformation of sexual behaviors in humans, they begin to touch and stimulate, increasing more and more until it leads to a psychological deformation that leads them to rape women to satisfy their sexual desires”, Said.
In the same vein, Mendez lashed out at Andrés Manuel López Obrador and spoke out against the Legal Interruption of Pregnancy (ILE) and more recently against the Amnesty Act.
