CDMX.- After five months Elvia Ortega alias La Bruja was arrested, allegedly involved in the abduction and murder of 22-year-old Noberto Ronquillo on June 4. The detainee is the aunt of Yuritzi M. Known as Yuri, ex-girlfriend of the young Norberto and who studied for months at the same university.
His arrest took place after he paid for some groceries with his debit card at a convenience store in Santa Rosa de Lima, Villa de Tututepec de Melchor Ocampo, Oaxaca state.
