Mexico.- On social media began to circulate a video in which José Antonio Archi Yama, element of the State Preventive Police (PEP) launch accusations against the head of the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) of Quintana Roo, Jesús Alberto Capella Ibarra, and who later appeared executed.

The policeman fires precise accusations against his immediate command, but seems frightened. The lifeless body of Archi Yama was found on Sunday morning.
According to local media, this would be at least the second time that through a video recording, suspected groups of drug trafficking send messages prior to an execution.
