Guasave.- Through a point made by the councilor Reynaldo Castro Angulo, it was revealed in lobbying that the Atlas de Riesgo de Guasave, a document that integrates information on phenomena that is exposed a community and its environment and territory, turned out to be ‘patito’, as he accused it was plagiarized from the atlas of the city Pachuca in the administration of Armando Leyson Castro. The partisan of the PAS said that through advisers they noticed the anomaly, which they made public. It noted that atlas was not in line with the priorities or geography of the municipality, and reduced the possibility of lowering resources to make works that would eliminate these risks.
“We have advisors who help us in the elaboration of topics, we had already entered and envisaged the installation of the Civil Protection Council, which is already permanently and the atlas of the risk was not up to date and in that sense the advisers began to research and realized it’s from 2014.” Aurelia Leal, municipal president, noted that work was already being carried out on the subject, since the last administration did not comply with that part of updating the Atlas of Risk.
“It’s an overdue risk atlas, it takes time for it to be crafted, but we don’t want to be seen in the face of the Guasavens,” he said.
