In this sense, in the coming days, the draft opinion of the Agreement reforming article 40 of the Law on Transit and Road of the State will be presented to the Plenary for discussion and, where appropriate approval, to establish as causes of cancellation definitiv [a] of the license or permit, to whom it is sanctioned a second time, within one year for driving a vehicle in a drunken state or under the influence of narcotics; as well as by mandate from an administrative or judicial authority.
