Morelia, Michoacán.- Through a statement it was reported that the Cabildo de Morelia approved by a majority the modification and reduction of the Annual Investment Program (IAP) 2019, as well as the modification and extension to the Income and Egress Budget of the present annuity this with the aim of implementing public policies that generate more actions such as public and social works for the benefit of citizens
These reforms to the MYP, as well as the 2019 revenue and egress budget, will allow Morelia to end the year with 243 works of social benefit in areas such as health, attention to the urban area and hydraulic infrastructure. The total budgets will reach 2 thousand 344 million 138 thousand 029 pesos to be implemented in the present annuity, i.e. an increase of 2 million 075 thousand pesos.
This will allow to have a better efficiency in the application of resources in the municipality, some works conform to rules of operation of the federation when anchoring with this income, others are expanded to have integral actions.
In this regard, the municipal president, Raúl Morón Orozco, said that processes in the municipal administration and changes to the MYP are expedited, as well as the 2019 revenue and income budgets could have other changes because of the savings projected at the end of the year, in addition to seeking to continue in the line of work of implementing public resources in view of the needs of rural, urban, colonies and tenure, as well as attending to primary roads with pothole work, for the annuity following fully enter the entire housing area.
Morón Orozco said that the efforts before the Government of Mexico continue and bear fruit in order to continue the implementation of the 300 million that were agreed with the Secretariat of Agricultural, Territorial and Urban Development (SEDATU) for the municipality.
