This will be a Thursday of very heavy rains for the State of Mexico and the capital of the country, according to the National Weather Service (SMN).
In its forecast for the Valley of Mexico, the agency noted that cloudy skies are expected during the day in the region with banks of fog and morning rains.
East component wind is expected to be 10 to 25 kilometers per hour.
In Mexico City, a maximum temperature of 19 to 21 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 13 to 15 degrees is expected.
For the State of Mexico, a maximum temperature of 17 to 19 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 8 to 10 degrees is estimated.

The Command, Control, Computer, Communications and Citizen Contact Center (C5) in Mexico City reported light rain and watering in at least 14 mayors.
The mayors affected by light rains are Tláhuac, Xochimilco, Milpa Alta, Cuauhtémoc, Benito Juárez, Azcapotzalco, Cuajimalpa, Magdalena Contreras, Venustiano Carranza and Iztacalco.
While the demarcations Gustavo A. Madero, Coyoacán, Tlalpan and Iztapalapa have moderate rainfall, the capital government agency reported on its account @C5_CDMX, on Twitter, where it also alerted drivers for harassment at various points in the City.
Capital authorities recommended motorists take their precautions, respect speed limits and wear seat belts.
