In the face of episodes of violence at some state assemblies in Morena, to renew its leadership and complaints from militants, the party’s National Commission of Honour and Justice (CNHJ) denied that the internal process has been suspended.

In a statement, the party agency stated that the renewal process “continues as normal,” so any contrary information “lacks legality and veracity.”

Morena’s CNHJ also stated that the party’s National Executive Committee also has no power to suspend the proceedings, in the face of versions that ensured a pause.
The current national leader, Yeidckol Polevnsky, has requested that the process postpone the process because it did not have a reliable pattern, which she reiterated after cancellations and violent acts in assemblies of Jalisco, Hidalgo and San Luis Potosí.
“The level of aggression, of hauling, as people have been deceived, has been manipulated. The real founders of Morena stayed out because they shaved the pattern, took away many because they were not people who agreed with them,” he said in an interview with .scar Mario Beteta on Radio Formula.
Polevnsky said that it cannot validate the irregularities reported by the militants themselves, so they will file complaints before the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for the Care of Electoral Crimes (Fepade), as well as to the Secretariat of the Civil Service ( SFP), noted that there are public servants involved.
“It’s a shame that we’re fighting this kind of practice for so long and then seeing in your nose that they’re doing them,” he said.

Federal MP Mario Delgado Carrillo acknowledged that the process of renewing the national leadership of that political force “is not something we can be proud of,” and warned that a “spurious leadership” could be had.
“If the process is not cleaned, we will have a spurious leadership,” said the legislator, who called for certainty of militancy, specifying the irregularities of the standard, and giving clarity to the assemblies held and those that are still to be done.

Delgado said he went to the assembly that would take place in the Iztacalco mayor’s office, lined up like all the militants and realized that it was a very poorly organized process, with only two computers, when an influx of more than a thousand affiliates was expected.
The federal mpthate recalled that after “hours” of queuing he handed in voter credential and on the computer the QR could not be read, and subsequently, as one person was to enter the meeting “without further explanation” it was cancelled.
