Mexico.- This day, the No. 7 front will remain stationary from the Gulf of Mexico to southeastern Mexico, interacting with tropical wave No. 47 over the Yucatan Peninsula, causing heavy point rains. The air mass that drives the front will tend to modify its thermal characteristics throughout this day, however, it will keep cool to cool atmosphere during the morning with possible frosts in areas of the north and center of the country. The abundant flow of moisture from the Pacific will cause very strong spot rains in Guerrero, Oaxaca and Chiapas; as well as forts in the State of Mexico, Mexico City, Morelos, Puebla and Veracruz, as well as showers in areas of the center of the territory. On the other hand, the approach of a cold front to the northwest and northern border of Mexico, will favor winds with gusts that can exceed 60 km/h with possible tolvaneras in those regions.
