It has been seen that the City Council staff is working but also to pour water on the batteries,” said Esther Alicia Flores Aragón.
Erika Pacheco Ortíz also pointed out that the pantheons have a lot of mosquitoes, so they asked the authorities to smoke so they could visit their deceased quietly.
