Toluca.- They offer a reward of up to 300 thousand pesos for whoever provides information to find Oscar, Toluca’s alleged serial killer, this from the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico (Edomex).
Her name is Oscar García Guzmán after the disappearance and murder of Jessica Guadalupe Jaramillo Orihuela, 23. The young woman was found lifeless and strangling at a home in Santín, Toluca.
According to the first inquiries, the house belonged to García Guzmán, who is apparently 28 years old. Additionally, unofficial information indicates that two other women’s bodies were found at the home of the suspected phenominid.
For this reason, the Edomex Prosecutor’s Office, chaired by Alejandro Gómez Sánchez, launched the offer of reward to find Oscar, alleged serial killer.
