Morelia, Michoacán.- The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) investigates the murder of two women who were found in a wasteland located on the bank of Santos Degollado street, belonging to the Possession of Capula, municipality of Morelia.
The motive for the double homicide is ignored, as well as the identity of the victims, who were between the ages of 20 and 26, commented on sources close to law enforcement.
It was known that the find happened at approximately 23:20 on Monday, in the vicinity of the San Miguel neighborhood and the local pantheon, so some people reported it to the emergency number 911.
Municipal police and Red Cross paramedics then came, who confirmed the death of the aforesaid. Information obtained at the scene revealed that the occisas had traces of violence, apparently bruises and gunshot wounds.
The patrolmen cordoned off the area, later, the respective inquests were commissioned by the agents of the Specialized Unit of Investigation and Pursuit of Intentional Homicide, Loss killing against Women and Femicide.
Elements from the Crime Services and Scene Unit (USPEC) searched for clues and moved the bodies to the morgue for the practice of rigor necropsy.
