The National Delegate in Michoacán de Movimiento Ciudadano, Luis Manuel Antúnez Oviedo, and Giovani Marcelino Morales, Secretary of Agreements and coordinator of the Citizens’ Houses in the state, made known the progress in the construction of this network of spaces, as well as preliminary projections at the start of the election process starting next year.
Here, Marcelino Morales remarked that the opening of Casas Ciudadanas in Michoacán “allows us to advance in the formation of structures, accompaniment to leaders, references and municipal operational commissions.

“One of the firm tasks of the Citizen Movement is to reach June of the following year meeting the goal of 24 Citizen Houses,” stressed the Secretary of Agreements.

At the moment Casas Ciudadanas have been inaugurated in the municipalities: Apatzingán, Zamora, Zacapu, Morelia, Santa Ana Maya, Puruándiro, Los Reyes, Uruapan, CD. Hidalgo, Tuxpan, Zitácuaro, and are about to open Lázaro Cárdenas, Maravatío, Pátzcuaro, Tangamandapio and Chilchota, the latter being two Citizen Houses in a municipality that are not Distrital Head.
